Sophie bug turns 4..... Watch out World!

What a wonderful party we had! Sophie picked the theme. Wait for it.... wait for it.... PINK POODLE DOG!! That's right, you heard me! It was hilarious and adorable. This would be the 3rd year in a row that it rained on her birthday and almost the 3rd time that I had to cancel the bounce house. But this year.... I didn't care and they brought it anyway! Needless to say Sophie got about an hour in it. As soon as the party started so did the rain. Damn rain, gets me every year.

We did a dress up area for all the girls. We pulled out every dress up thing we could find and brought out the mirror so the girls could look at themselves. It was adorable. We had lots a great food and lots of great friends and family.

After everyone left Michael said jokingly to Sophie "Sophie do you want to go put your bathing suit on and go jump in the bounce house?" Of course she said yes and it was windy and freezing out so I told Michael he had to put his suit on and go with her. It was hilarious. She wasn't a fan at first but then they jumped around in all the puddles! There is 1 picture of it below but hard to tell how wet it really was.

I can't believe my baby turned 4. It's just crazy how grown up she is and what an amazing little girl she is. She amazes me everyday.

Race Day........... for......... SOPHIA!!!!!

This was a BIG day in the Bartle household! Sophia had her first real run. She did a kids 1k with her Daddy and she was a star! She wasn't nervous at all. The cutest little runner I have ever seen! I think her Daddy was more proud than I have ever seen him! His smile was so big all day! She is such a Daddy's girl!
