A much needed night away

It was great! We got a night away! Even just saying that, I hear angels singing! While Memem stayed at home with the kids we went out! It was so nice to get dressed up and not have any smashed up food anywhere on me for like 12 hours straight! We had a wonderful night out and a wonderful walk on the beach in the morning with a yummy breakfast! If we could do that a few times a year.... I would be a really happy wife and mommy! Well I am happy but that would make me HAPPIER!!!!

Memem Comes to Town!

It may have only been for 4 days.... but they were the best 4 days ever! I love my Mom more than words can say. She is the best thing ever! OK well she's not a "thing" she's a mom but by far the best ever! She watched the kids for a night so Michael and I could get away, she went and had mani/pedi's with me, she went shopping with me, played with the kids A LOT, helped out in so many ways... I just can't even say how great it really was! Thanks Mom for being the BEST EVER!!

Tbones First Haircut from Memem!!!

Well it happened! Mom was hesitant on doing it because she said once we cut his hair he won't look like a baby anymore. She was right but his new haircut is soooo cute! He was such a good boy for it too. Just ate his snack and sat there.

Beautiful Family Day

Sophie loves when we say "It's a family day". We had an awesome family day at the park. We strapped the kids in the bike stroller and took them on a long ride to a park. We had a great picnic lunch and then let the kids play for awhile before making the ride back home! They are such great kids!

I finally did it!

You may ask... what is it that she did? I finally took the kids to the beach together, by myself! Not sure why it took me so long. Well actually I know why.. I was terrified for how it might go, but it was great. We packed up the stroller and I ran to the beach with them (about 2 miles). We had lunch there and the beach was all ours! No one in site. After hanging out a couple hours, we ran back home! I was beat was the kids had a blast!
